I had my thanks to my employer insuance October '06. The money was decided by each paycheck bonus. Recently I had an accident, surgery and hospitalization in February, calls for the afternoon. I had had three different explanations on the benefits of insurance to date: 1.) In my journey into the ambulance, covered. 2.) The first two days with the services as "hospital" and "tool" of costs that is listed. 3.) And a third piece of paper for the rest of my stay "SNFINPT" and "SNFANCIL" that the services provided, but the third piece of paper that states may charge to the account, because my membership is finalized before the date of service.

I have not heard or received anything from my employer or the insurance provider to cancel my insurance, but my payslip shows that money from the premium at the time of the injury. What rights do I have when I found this ridiculous bill? Any help would be great!
